Returns & Exchanges

Moschino offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to request a return for any item within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request Return Authorization

  Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section to complete the online Return Form and receive your unique Return Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-printed UPS return label over the prior delivery information.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or schedule a complimentary collection through the carrier's official website.

• 4.
  Quality Control & Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the integrity of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
